Likedthe fascade and view was nice
Dislikedrooms were old and dirty, sheets were not fresh / smelled sour, found someone else’s shoe in my room. Buffet has a lot of variety but did not taste great, everything was very salty. Staff did not have good hygiene when preparing food- used the same gloves for raw olyster/seafood and cooked pork

LikedThe view is amazing from my room. They also have an onsen, many swimming facilities, and a daily entertainment show and activities for everyone in the family. The mini bar is also free.
DislikedBreakfast lack variety, dinner on the expensive side, but given that it is a resort, these things are quite standard.

It's one of the best resort we have had in the Sun Moon Lake area; both kids and adult enjoyed our stay very much. Kids loved the kids club and swimming pool. We enjoyed the hot spring, the walk around the lake, and the breakfast provided by the hotel (so much selection! and you get to enjoy unlimited access to breakfast from 7am to 12 noon). Definitely recommended and will come back again!

Free complimentary welcome drink, free drinks/ fruits/ snacks from the room. Room was spacious with balcony which can view the lake. There is magic show every night too and game entertainment room. You also able to print out free photo from your phone. Service was really good. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent with many varieties to choose from. Will be back to stay again but longer stays. Thank you for the hospitality!
