It's one of the best resort we have had in the Sun Moon Lake area; both kids and adult enjoyed our stay very much. Kids loved the kids club and swimming pool. We enjoyed the hot spring, the walk around the lake, and the breakfast provided by the hotel (so much selection! and you get to enjoy unlimited access to breakfast from 7am to 12 noon). Definitely recommended and will come back again!

Free complimentary welcome drink, free drinks/ fruits/ snacks from the room. Room was spacious with balcony which can view the lake. There is magic show every night too and game entertainment room. You also able to print out free photo from your phone. Service was really good. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent with many varieties to choose from. Will be back to stay again but longer stays. Thank you for the hospitality!

Whilst this hotel is rather expensive, I think it is ideal if you want to spend some time to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sun Moon Lake. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and spend the night, you should look for other alternatives. But if you want to just check in and relax, the lake view rooms are great for just sitting out on the lanai overlooking the entire lake. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the service is great. The location of the hotel is on its own hill overlooking the lake, away from town, but close enough to not feel to isolated shoud you need anything outside. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
