welcoming and very accommodating staff - they were really helpful with us especially for my boyfriend with disability, they always assisted us on from our stay til we checked out, they gave us discounts for a dinner package & also gave us a bigger room with our own hot spring bath, the place is very big also they have a cat cafe which we enjoyed while waiting for their other facilities to open in the afternoon - thank you for giving us a wonderful stay in your resort

LikedCheaper during Chinese New Year. Bed is good, big bathtub in room is great, fresh air. Staff are helpful

DislikedFood tastes normal. Too old design, management style. Activities for children not attractive. Need some changes to make good use of this property

LikedRooms were of good size, with in-room hot spring. The furnishing is rather dated but still functional. The buggy service, that sends and picks us up to main lobby is prompt. Price is more affordable compared to Leofoo Resort.

DislikedThe kids play area is really worn out and doesn't seem like it's maintained - the ball pit and toys were quite dirty. A spruce up to the rooms and play area could really attract even more families.
