The rooms provided were not as clean as we wanted but the facilities were excellent. The free breakfast was nice and the hot springs were great. If you don’t want to eat the food in the resort, there are not a lot of other options. Overall a nice trip.

The resort has clean rooms with good beds and comfortable mattresses. The stuff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was rich. The resort is situated in a huge green garden with nice walking trails. You can use the integrated thermal spa for free. Dinner is offered as well. 7-11 is 5 minutes away by foot.

Stayed in a large “ Zen Elegant Hot Spring Room” that was very nice with a sunken spa-like bathtub. The spa/spring facilities were nice and quite fun, if not the serene type you often find in Japan. Parts could definitely with some refurbishments. We only had breakfast and it was a totally “local affair” with us being the only non-Chinese.
