Aircon totally no cold. Toilet do not have hanger to hang towel and clothes.

A basic place to stay for a night or 2. Room was large, bed was comfortable. Amenities provided. Room was non-smoking but there was a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Note that there is a short flight of steep steps (about 5 steps) before the lift. Breakfast provided was good.

Very bad experience and decided to leave the hotel after 1 hour upon checking into the room. Counter male staff was super unfriendly and unhelpful. Didn't offer any assistance or a simple welcoming smile. Room design is poor, no place for luggage. Location is not as convenient as it claimed. Few eateries around and that's it. If you are considering whether to book this hotel, my advise is NO. Don't book.

- aircon not working - tv broke on second day - moved to other room (where tv worked) - new room bath had a hole (apart from plug hole) - unhelpful & grumpy reception staff (one in particular) - after the toilet blocked up staff advised that we should not put toilet paper in the toilet. But that was not told to us earlier and no notice in bathroom. - staff called the room very late at night several times (even at 1am) unnecessarily (eg, to confirm no breakfast required even though we had already advised reception) - awkward access to lift (up some stairs), esp with heavy baggage - NO free shuttle transfer to airport even though this was noted as included (and one reason it was chosen)

Pros Very affordable 10 minute walk to Taoyuan Station 20 minutes taxi ride from Taoyuan Airport Box breakfast included in rate Airport shuttle service Friendly reception staff Cons Rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated Some noise from street traffic I have stayed here many times over the years and will continue to. It is a nice stopover after arriving at or prior to departing from Taoyuan Airport.
