First time to experience self check in, but instructions are sent to email. I forgot to read it but I am able to reach out to the staff easily via call. Room is spacious and clean. I wasnt able to see any staff during my staff but the place is regularly maintained. It's not walking distance to the train station but it's accessible via bus stop and taxi. There is no elevator so it might be a challenge for the elderly and people with heavy luggage. Overall, hotel is highly-recommended.

The only thing is ONE must be aware of SELF-CHECK-in which is common in smaller towns in Taiwan. Once I made contact on LINE, and got the codes and the key to the room, it was a pleasant stay. And I concur, the owner is a real nice guy and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stay here.

Location is only 10mins car ride/30mins bus ride (if not many passengers) away from Taitung train station. Walkable to seaside too for a good cycle/run/relaxation. Food, leisure and entertainment are walkable too. However, to note that this is a bed and breakfast therefore, no lift available if you have many baggages to carry. Room is very spacious, but cleanliness of the room have much to improve; stuffy and moist room, sheets are not very clean, and toilet has sewage smell in the morning.
