LikedThe spa was definitely the highlight. Kids loved the huge play area with plenty of games available.

LikedRoom size, comfortable beds.

Disliked1. Not much dining options - you cannot have afternoon tea in the lobby, they send you to the next door 7/11. 2. The hotel location - it's pretty isolated. 3. I had the ABSOLUTELY WORST massage I have ever had in all my years of travelling. Was accused by the therapist I was uncomfortable with the visually challenged people (didn't even realised that he was), he was very forceful even though I asked him multiple times to be gentle. I cut it short by half for the very first time in my life.

LikedThere were swimming pool, spa and child play areas which our grandchild enjoyed very much. The room was big and clean but old. The breakfast was very nice with great choices of all kinds of food and plastic dishes and cutlery for kids. The ATM downstairs was quite handy.

DislikedLater than usual check in time of 4:00. The hot pools were cooler than we expected. We were not told that there was a hotel shuttle that went to the middle of town, so we spent a lot of time looking for parking when we got there using our own car. So suggest that it is part of the welcome information.

LikedSwimming pool and hot spring, but a few facilities weren't working. Good entertainment amenities (billiards, table tennis etc) in basement.

DislikedEverything was at minimum satisfactory, most aspects were very good.
