We wanna say thank you again for the best service of all staffs (Wendy . Jason . Gary and Cheryl ) My husband lost his phone in Taichung and the staffs had been helping us until we got it back ! We really appreciate their kind service. Moreover, The room is good enough for a couple although the bed is a bit small. The location is great, not far from Taipei main station. We were happy to stay there.

LikedThe hotel is centrally located within a 10 minute walk of Taipei main station, airport train and a MRT station. The room was clean and inviting, I worried that having no windows would be problematic, but it was completely fine for the time we spent inside. Also having 7/11 and a familymart really close by was convenient.

DislikedEvery thing was as expected.

LikedThe location was great, very close to beimen station and ningxia night market, cafés, etc.

DislikedInternet was terrible, and they were not at all responsive to early check in. Also, we knew this to some extent but we're still shocked about the size of the room being so small! 😅
