DislikedNo trolley for luggage

LikedGood location, few step to the MRT station and the bed is comfortable . The toilet bowl with heater seat is points added. The housekeeping staff was friendly.

DislikedThe hotel a bit old. Housekeeping short of hands. We stay 2 nights and 2nd day morning requested for room cleaning until 7:30pm the room still not cleaning up..End up we just request for mineral water and a clean towels.

LikedCheck-in was smooth. They reserved 2 rooms on the same floor for us, as requested through chat. Very near to MRT. Few breakfast restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean. Water pressure was good. Sound proof was excellent! Heated toilet seat. Washing machine and dryer at 1st floor. Super convenient. You can leave your clothes to wash/dry and go up to your room.

DislikedLittle problem with hot water. The hot water from the shower will turn into cold water after a few minutes. You have to off the tap and on it again for the hot water to flow again. The room is little tight. A bit more space would be great. The lift is quite slow. Breakfast needs a lot more improvement.

LikedThe hotel has very safety culture. During our stay from 8 to 11 April 2024, the hotel conducted 2 times fire drill, namely 9 April at 1.22am and 11 April at 8.10am. All the guests were made to total evacuation to hotel lobby. We love the unannounced drill so that all stay in guests n hotel staff are aware of the importance of emergency evacuation, escape route.

Disliked1. Emergency staircase was obstructed by furniture, hence impedes safe egress. 2. Staff failed to informed via PA when fire drill over 3. Staff failed to comfort guests at end of drill especially needy n elderly
