LikedThe breakfast was really delicious. Staff were helpful. The bathroom was a big selling point.
DislikedNoise from the breakfast kitchen. Cabinets in the room were damaged by humidity. Floor looks plastic.

My sibling and I stayed here during part of a trip visiting Taiwan. We had a great time at Chez Nous - the service was excellent, the bed linens were perfect, the bathroom was so luxurious, and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was also super central and made getting places so easy. We absolutely loved our stay and have nothing but good things to say about Chez Nous 🥰 We will definitely be back!

LikedI have to say I think we got lucky with this hotel. It felt like we had everything we needed from transport to shops, and it just felt like it was central enough to all attractions. One thing I have to say is that I love the welcome they give you every time you go out and come back in. The breakfast was amazing, I read in some comments that people were disappointed that they didn't have continental breakfast. I mean, what do you expect and what they did serve, I loved everything, especially the scallion pancake and the dumpling, I believe downright delicious. if ever I do come back to Taiwan, I do believe that is where I shall stay. Huge thanks to all the amazing staff, as I am writing this now I also remember how I forget a charger and one of the staff came all the way to the shuttle bus stop to come give it to me which I really appreciate. Thank you 😊
