Hotel is clean and location is good. Only problem is noisy. The hotel wall seem to be paper thin. So if you can put up with the noise level, can consider this hotel.

Location is good. It takes 8-10mins walk to Shimenting. It looks very old and not so clean. But I guess it's very like any other old hotel. The AC is kinda strange. No matter what temperature I set, it drops back down to 18 degree celsius and we were freezing. Price was high and not really worth the money.

Second visit to this hotel in a month because it is just good value for its location. Staff were friendly, prime location within 10min walking distance between Ximending and Taipei Main Station. Please note it is an older building so it is lacking in amentities such as fitness centre and laundry service, which is made up for having a 24 hour coin laundromat a street away. More than enough if you're not expecting 5 star standard and just looking for a night of comfort sleep after a long day out.

LikedComfortable stay close to Train and night market. No cigarette smell, a bit old Hotell, still fine standard. Big room., quite, comfortable bed. Night market is just 5 min to walk.
