LikedLocation was excellent. It takes less than a minute from the hotel to the Daan metro entrance.

DislikedNeighbors were noisy on several nights of our stay, and the sound insulation was pretty poor. You could hear noises from the rooms on either side as well as from the hallway. The faucet in the bathroom broke and started leaking onto the floor on our second or third night, but they replaced it the next day so it was at least addressed promptly.
