LikedFirst, kindly & friendly staff. I got trouble of You bike. One of staff help and assist us. Then finally it was fixed ! Two years ago I stayed Daan Ark hotel. At that time they assist me so kindly. My best hotel in Taipei!! I strongly recommend.

Old building , reception at 3rd floor. Water got problem, no hot water for showe due to holiday no worker to fix.

LikedLike the quick check-in and we were allowed to store our bags as we arrived before check-in time. Soundproofing was okay. Bath gel and shampoo smells good, enough amount of bath and hand towels. Informed us about the broken heater due to earthquake and made arrangement for hot water bath.
DislikedBed and pillows were not comfortable. Washing machine was full of water (didn't know what happened to previous user), dryer doesn't work efficiently, took more than 2 hours to dry my clothes.

The breakfast was a small delivery burger, and the room wasn't very clean or big. It was fine for the price, but probably won't recommend it or stay again.

DislikedWe took 2 room for family trip. The rooms themselves were clean. However, one of the room (1021) had a foul smell from the toilets despite ventilation. In addition, every day dirty sheets and towels were stored in front of the room. The corridor was not very clean.
