LikedAppreciate the staff/manager's help to change our room when our original room's aircon wasn't working. He was very helpful in ensuring that the change of rooms was smooth. Good service!

LikedPerfect room with everything you need for a good stay. Free coffee, tea and some complimentary snacks in the room. Friendly staff. Free beer at nearby restaurant that also had great pizza and pasta. Close to MTR to airport and main train station. On a pretty quiet street. Highly recommend

LikedThe staff were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help. The location was great with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, train stations are also within walking distance - very convenient.
DislikedWifi was slow from time to time and could be improved.

DislikedThe room soundproof is not good, can hear from other rooms during at night time. Cleaning service offer only on 3rd day & after changing duvet, there are some insect. Also, towels some days are not clean, has some dark spot.
