Like: good location from taipei main station, convenient store is nearby and many breakfast place. Provide 2 pillow. Con: room is small and in awkward shape, hard to put large luggage. No hand towel. Change of towel, clearing of rubbish and top up of mineral water is upon request. Requested for towel change and clear rubbish but no auto top up of mineral water. No mirror in toilet.

Besides the location, bed and pillows are good, downside: weak wifi, toilet door couldn’t close properly. Lacking small/hand towels, tissue. Do we still need to pay deposit nowadays?

LikedAppreciate the staff/manager's help to change our room when our original room's aircon wasn't working. He was very helpful in ensuring that the change of rooms was smooth. Good service!

LikedPerfect room with everything you need for a good stay. Free coffee, tea and some complimentary snacks in the room. Friendly staff. Free beer at nearby restaurant that also had great pizza and pasta. Close to MTR to airport and main train station. On a pretty quiet street. Highly recommend

LikedThe staff were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help. The location was great with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, train stations are also within walking distance - very convenient.
