LikedIt was very close to Taipei main station which was handy when getting around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful when required. It was very close (opposite) to a laundrette, so we were able to do the washing for little cost and without carting it for ever back to a hotel. The only downside was that we unfortunately did not have a window. And the bed was against the wall which made it more difficult for 1 of us to get out of bed. Despite this, we enjoyed the stay and would book again to explore the city around the hotel.

LikedThe location was ok

DislikedI was put in a ground floor room- there were no windows and it was really small and musty . It didn’t feel very clean and there was hardly room for a small carry on suitcase. The bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Very impressed with this place. Close to main station. Very clean with nice amenities. Friendly staff. Will be happy to use again.

Stayed at Bayman in double room. Very well located within walking distance of Taipei main station and other sights eg ChiFeng Street and transit lines. Room is very small (no place for luggage) nd no windows but given the price and location, understandable. Staff is helpful and bed is comfortable although we wished we had two pillows per person. Room also smelled stale after a day when we return due to poor circulation. Need some time to circulate the air-conditioning to clear the smell of the room. One issue is that the staff stays till only 7pm.ok weekends so if you have left baggage with late night flights, it will be an issue. .maybe hotel can look into large lockers for guests. However overall, satisfied with stay despite the small room.
