Amazing Beitou hotel , new designs,green approach with green breakfast. Very good stay for taiwan as all service crew are friendly and helpful attentive service! lovely sulphur bath within your room! enjoy fullest with your loved ones privately!

You can feel complete healing in your room with a private hot spring. There are good roads leading to the city, and the subway station is right in front of the hotel. You can come with your family and enjoy your time comfortably.

This hotel/spa is conveniently located across from an MRT station, which makes it easier to get to from Taipei. The lobby of the hotel is on the 6th floor. Breakfast is on the first floor and gets pretty crowded if you don't go early. Cooked to order items are small, but you can order multiple times until 10am. Rooms are a good size and have a couch for relaxing, although some of the pillows on the couch could use some cleaning. There are daily activities you can participate in if you would like. Common area spa facilities are available only during certain times of the day. Also the common area spa facilities are cleaned once a month or so I believe, so check their cleaning schedule online before booking. Most rooms have a soaking tub, unless you have a larger room with a private spa. All snacks and drinks in the room are included with the stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in the room along with body lotion and foaming hand soap. If you need toiletries you can get them in the lobby. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Try not to arrive before check in time at 3pm because most likely your room will not be ready. But even if you do arrive early they will keep your luggage until your room is ready and put it into your room.

LikedThe service was phenomenal. At check-in, we were greeted, offered herbal tea, and asked to sit down while checking in. I speak a little Mandarin and the check-in manager very kindly humored me by speaking with me in that language, then seamlessly transitioning into excellent English when he knew my husband would benefit from hearing what he was saying and/or that the directions might be complicated for me to understand. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us detailed suggestions on things to do and where to have lunch, then gave us a map where he wrote down notes on how to get to the places he suggested. Another front-of-house employee showed us to our room and explained all its features as well as how to use the en suite hot spring bath and the the hotel communal hot springs facilities. We really enjoyed our hot spring bath, and loved exploring the area, which was all walk-able from the hotel. The room was very modern and had interesting features such as a table that nested under a counter until it was swung out into the room when needed. They also provided great drinks and snacks in the room, already included in the room rate. Breakfast was good, though we were a little confused by the format of being able to order and also going to the buffet. Overall, we loved this hotel and Xinbeitou, and it easily was the most relaxing part of our trip.
