Location is excellent. Breakfast is not great. Food is for the masses. No variety. No quality. Customer service is nil from reception staff to breakfast staff. Room showing its age. Dust not wiped on toilet paper holders.

My child fell sick and was down with fever. Appreciate very much for the help given by the reception staff to help to find a clinic that is still open on Sunday evening and helped to call a cab once we are ready to go.

This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Able to see that the hotel undergo renovation and now the check-in counter is at Level 2. As now guest have to self check-in themselves, front desk staff were behind the counters, there were no greetings, and staff were very cold when I asked them for assistance. Upon check-in, found a used slipper on the floor. Shower room has hair after makeup services. I have gotten bed bugs too. So please thorough check the room. Operator were very nice when I requested for stuff and very patient in guiding me on how to on the tv through the phone. Toilet is spacious, but the room is not spacious enough. Lights are very dim and the designs of the lights are just very weird; where you have the main lights right above your bed. Location is just superb, where it's one traffic light away from ximending; there is subway outside the hotel. Love it where the hotel charging point is same as Singapore. There is no wardrobe in the room and they have those hangers where you cant remove from the shelves. Overall, is it considered not too bad for a 3 star hotel, but I hope services and all can be better.

This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Able to see that the hotel undergo renovations where their check-in counter is at Level 2 now. As it was self-check in, all the front desk agents were busy behind the desk, there were no greetings and they were just so cold in the conversations when I ask how do I check in. Upon check-in, found a used slipper in the room, hairs were not cleaned up in the shower room during makeup room services. Nevertheless, when I requested for more pillows and assistance with the tv, the operators were very friendly on the phone, and were patient in guiding me on how to use the tv. Toilet is very spacious, but room is not that spacious. The lights in the room is very dim, and the designs of the lights are just weird, where you have "spotlights" just right above your bed. Nevertheless, the location is just superb where it is just one traffic light away from XiMenDing, and there is subway outside the hotel.
