LikedThe hotel staff is amazing and they are all very friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable and in the heart of Taipei. The room size is decent and it was spotlessly clean. There was an earthquake during my stay and the staff was great with handling it, including the cleaner, which I am very thankful for, as this was the first earthquake I experienced.

LikedWe love that there's a lounge with drinks, fruits & snacks, a good place to chill and have meals to make up for the small room. Service is great, also like their awesome handwash 😂
DislikedLift is small and slow, pillows too soft. Everything else is good!

LikedStaff were friendly, excellent location, snacks and lounge were great to have. Liked that they used WhatsApp to communicate to guests and had an electronic door lock system. Would book again for a shorter stay.
DislikedVentilation in rooms weren’t great, so it would be very humid in the room after showering. Hard to get the humidity out even with the fan or AC turned on, which just made the room very cold.
