1. Bad smells - My room smelled musty throughout my stay. Could smell cigarette smoke suddenly coming in thru AC vent on 4th Apr just past midnight. Staff said they can’t do anything about it. 2. DND button broken 3. Room has no safe so can’t leave valuables lying around. 4. Water pressure is weird andkeeps fluctuating which is annoying. However, the water is drinkable after boiling (I did not get stomach pain - am from Singapore)

The check out timing was not in line with the one stated in Agoda which was 12pm but instead we got charged extra when checking out at 12. The staff insisted that the checkout timing was 11am instead. No prior notice was given beforehand. Ended up having to pay 500 NTD for the “late check-out”. Hotel rooms were squeezy and not as clean as expected. Room service required multiple reminders before actual work was done.
