This property's location, very close to the Taipei station (where the train from airport stops) is major plus. But that's where the pluses end, Rooms are super tiny--mine had no window despite no indication of that on website. (I NEVER book a hotel room that has no window). Breakfast STARTS at 07:30--inexcusably late in my opinion--and I was unable to eat because I had to leave at 7:30 for the airport. The previous two hotels I stayed in on this trip began serving breakfast at 06:00. I had booked another later trip at this hotel but after this experience, I cancelled it.

LikedThe bee decoration in the lobby and cups are cute. The free snacks room is quite interesting as there are a wide range of Taiwanese local kids snacks. The toilet seat has heating function. It’s a super plus point during cold season. In general, the towels and bed sheets are clean and comfy. The staffs are generally helpful and nice.
DislikedI have booked a room with 3 single beds. The room has very limited walk space and the wash basin is actually beside the door, not in the toilet. There’s a very small basin beside the toilet. The room setup is rather weird. The Wifi in the room is very weak. Most of time we can tap to the wifi in our room. The bathing area is inside a bathtub and it’s very slippery to get out from the bathtub. Not suitable for elderly or young kids. Would suggest the hotel to provide small stool for family with kids to assist them from getting out from the bathtub. The toilet door is transparent at the top part of the sliding door, whoever goes to the toilet at night, the toilet light will direct shine on the middle bed. It’s a little disturbing. Sound proofing in the room can be improved, we can heard the next door bathing and talking. Plus it is actually not very close to the metro. It actually took us ~20mins or more to walk through the Taipei underground mall to the blue and red line metro.
