Image of the room shown on agoda is different than the actual when I made the reservation. What I realized is that when I received the confirmation email, the image embedded shown is a much smaller room, which I didn't notice until I arrived onsite. The size of the room was not acceptable to my need for a 7-night stay so I had to purchase an upgrade onsite. All else is OK for the price....cleaning staff (one of the ladies) was not very flexible when I asked for more coffee packs, was told that each room gets 2 and no more....which was kind of surprising to hear after 20 years of extensive travel and have never had issues when I sometimes needed more coffee or tea.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The value for money was poor, the location was inconvenient, the cleanliness was lacking, the staff were unhelpful, and the facilities were subpar. The amenities were liking because there were issues with the hot water at snack bar. Overall, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.
