The hotel is right next to the MRT station, easy to go round the city. Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The rubbish bin in the toilet should be replaced with a bigger one!

LikedThe staff was super friendly and helpful. They spoke very good English. The hotel is very clean. The MTR entrance is right downstairs. You can easily get around the city.
DislikedIt is a single elevator building. The wait can get long.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly, Clair, Winnie, Vicky and Kevin Are the dining room staff. They are the best. Hower and Leo are the Front desk also very helpful and friendly. June and 小婷 are the room staff, they always help us with supplies. The entire staff make us feel like home. My sister and I stayed at the Chaiin hotel for 28 days they really really make us feel like home.
