LikedI liked that it was near a lot of places to eat, go, and near the bus. I liked the staff- very kind. I also liked that the shower and bathroom and separate.
DislikedThe room is a little old.

LikedRooms were clean and spacious. The kind staff helped us with the laundry when we didn’t know how to operate it. Housekeeping services were also great, overall a good experience and pleasant staff :)
DislikedBathroom basin is detached and outside of the bathroom, but it’s probably due to the design and space concerns of the room

We have stayed in this hotel for years. It locates a little bit far from MRT, about 8-15 minutes walks. But, we like the surroundings. The hotel suits us perfectly: clean, nice laundry facilities, delicious breakfast, nice 24-hour cafeteria/chatting room with free coffee & sweets, affordable, and super staffs.

DislikedQuite far away from mrt and if the stf can try to be more caring that will be great I was caught on the earthquake tremors but hotel staff didn't properly try to explain the situation and didnt care about how we go thru and didn't try to give assurance also.

LikedGreat location, nice breakfast and helpful staff.
DislikedThe shower was difficult to use, and seemed to have been fitted with the wrong showerhead so it would only spray water perpendicular to the wall. Given the price of the hotel, I was surprised the unit had not been fitted properly.
