The room comes with private hot spring. There was an issue with my room flooring, once I notified the staff, they immediately changed room. I appreciate the staff quick action. Close by the accommodation is MRT and sushi restaurants. Easy access to convenient stores too.

check in room, wifi not working. 3 staffs came to solve the problem which took more than half an hour. One of the staff even said that was my phone problem, not their problem. I left my hiking stick in the reception hall when checking in. The next morning at 9 o'clock, I asked the reception staff if anyone found it. After some time, the answer was "no". At about 12 noon when we were checking out, I asked the same question to another staff. Got immediate reply "NO". Then, when we were on Taoyuan Airport MRT to the airport, I received phone calls and email from the hotel. Saying that they have found my hiking stick. What a joke!

The front desk staff and some of the restaurant staff can be really cold and passively rude. Not sure if it's a city behaviour but it was a turn off for me given than I'm paying top dollar to stay in this hotel. Good location and great spread of food but staff service could be more friendly, less serious and more willing to serve..
