Despite language barriers, the front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us, utilizing Google Translate to ensure effective communication. Their helpfulness extended to providing complimentary umbrellas, a thoughtful gesture that came in handy during our trip While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the quality of food met our expectations, providing a satisfying start to the day. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the hotspring in our room. The front desk staff took the time to explain its usage upon our arrival. One notable aspect worth mentioning is the availability of late check-in packages, which offer a more budget-friendly option for guests. It’s a reminder for travelers to pay attention to their booking details, ensuring they fully understand what they’re getting – a helpful tip for those who might overlook such information. Overall, our stay at this Xinbeitou hotel was a serene and well-rounded experience.
