The staff in the hotel is very helpful and proactively offer help. The room is big and we booked a love suite w our own onsen in room. Breakfast with sufficient choice for both Chinese and Western. The only bad thing is the hotel is a bit old which some renovation would improve the experience

DislikedThere is a large turtle at the entrance of the hotel. My wife is scare of turtle and nearly fainted. The room have steps that was very unsafe for our 1 year. Thus My wife decided to change hotel. However the staffs were very helpful to source another hotel for us. They are unable to refund us due to the room was booked via this platform.

LikedThe hotel is very nice. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The shuttle pick up from the station was very greatly appreciated. The staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The hot spring was great with genuine hot spring water. Having the terrace provided such a good atmosphere. Be warned the bath was small, two large people probably wont fit. The included breakfast was decent, it had variety.
