Amazing hotel to relax in after spending a week traveling across Taiwan. Great hot spring, great room, great breakfast, super attentive staff and room amenities!

The hotel provides rooms with spectacular view. We enjoyed a lot the in room onsen. The birthday cake and the tea service are both outstanding.

LikedVery helpful staff
Dislikedi was referred to this hotel by 2 good friends. They stayed at Grandview in 2 separate occassions. Their descriptions set very high expectations for me. I have to say I was a little disappointed when I saw the public hotsprings in B2. May be some mismatched of expectations on my part. The public hotsprings were not as excellent as expected.
