LikedAmazing property that is well taken cared for. Staff service is impeccable; warm and friendly. Private onsen is a big plus for those who prefer privacy. Breakfast is amazing

Although very pricey, it was a real treat to stay in the YouYa room which has 2 double beds and 2 hot spring baths - 1 hot and 1 cold. Outdoor hotspring was also very nice - 1 cold, 2 hot and 1 swimming pool. We really enjoyed onsen under the stars. Service was excellent and room amenities so special, including special almond dark chocolate cookies, tea, sake and skincare products.

It's the 3rd time I went to Grand View since 2013. Facilities are not as new but overall maintenance is still good. Food was yum and the hot spring was nice. Love the chillax atmosphere here.
