Arrived Taipei on the day of earthquake, staff did their best to assist me as it is my first time to Taipei like how to move around and get my stuff- can feel their warmth.

Rephrase: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, about 7 min walk from Taipei Main Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with all the necessary amenities. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional value for money and excellent services. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

LikedDeluxe room was clean and comfortable. Great location, short walk to main train station/MRT and bus station. Very friendly, helpful staff. Stayed on two occasions.
