Looks old, not spacious like photo. Aircon not cold at all, sweating whole night. Toilet door can’t even close. 2 pillow per room only, it’s so hard to sleep with 1 pillow as it’s super flat. The guy receptionist around 20s is a bit blur. Like don’t know what he is doing. My mum’s neck got bitten by an insect. We initially thought it’s bed bug but it’s not. There’s 2 insects living inside the flower pillow.. not sure what kind of insects is that. My dad brings it down for the receptionist to see, not even apology was given. Just say “ oh our cleaner wash it everyday, will inform my manager “ that’s all. Manager did not come forward to do an investigation of the cleanliness and don’t have any apology. We don’t expect anything in return, just find it weird that it’s a normal thing for them already. The hotel always have this longkang smell also, super smelly. Room is not soundproof. We can hear laughter and singing from outside in the middle of the night which is quite creepy.

Han She business hotel is a superb location where is veay near with Xiemending and MRT, also have many bus route around hotel. Staffs can speak English and understand circumstance when I request something. Hotel has 2 elevators that not jammed when I stayed. I booked the room which is no breakfast included but not big problem because familymart and 7-11 also near hotel with 1-2minutes walk.

Booked three rooms, these were the rooms of my family members. No complaints aside from dust and black dusty gunk from ventilation. Please have that checked, might be mold.
