Pros: Great location. Walkable to Taipei Main Station, shops and restaurants Friendly, Professional, multi-lingual staff Free coffee, tea and snacks Cons: Minor maintenance issues. There was a leak in my bathroom. Couldn't tell where it was coming from but I just put a towel near it Wifi can be slow but if you ask the front desk, they will provide you with your own router. Bottom line, would I stay there again? Yes. Can't beat the location. Staff is great and the rates are very reasonable.

Clean and neat for overnight stay. Need to walk abit from THSR station, kind of lost with the MRT /TRA / THSR scattered nearby each other but at different entrances.

Convenient to find food. Nearby. However,it is near to Taipei station but far from Taipei mrt station and the exit can be complicated.
