DislikedCold breakfast from Mos burger or like this. The hotel was 50% to expensive no English

LikedThe included breakfast was poor.

DislikedNot much choice, coffee was aweful.

LikedThe location of the hotel was great, being right in the middle of a busy shopping area in Taipei. The 24-hour snack bar was a nice touch, so we could help ourselves to tea, coffee, cookies, 2-minute noodles, and fruits any time of the day.

DislikedThe bed and pillows were uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up with hip and shoulder pain in the middle of the night.

LikedThe location was excellent. Staff specially Bob was very helpful

DislikedOn arrival we were shocked that instead of a decent buffet breakfast we had to order our cheap and cold sandwich daily. This was not advertise correctly, We wasted so much of our holiday time trying to clarify this with the lady in reception who did not speak English and we had to have a telephonic interpreter. We were offered to cancel our booking and find another place but that was very inconvenient and almost impossible. We were however, offered compensation for misleading information on website. The carpet in the lift was disgusting and the smell made us.
