Dislikedthe front line officer was very unpleasant, his name was Toby, when my wife checked in he said that the booking was not in my wife's name even though the booking confirmation clearly stated that the guest's name was my wife, and Toby was very unprofessional in providing services for the Grand Hyatt hotel, I really disappointed with Toby

LikedBreakfast buffet was stellar and fully worth it. Nice way to start off our trip and get through jet lag. Location was pretty good.
DislikedA/C didn't work in our room and even after requesting help, it still didn't get resolved.
