LikedThe hotel is old and the lobby looks it, but the rooms were renovated and are basically the same as a modern business hotel in Japan. There was one bottle of water per person in the room (by beds), so in the case of a single person staying in a room like mine, there were three bottles of water. That was nice. The bed was comfortable enough, if a little too firm. The facilities were just fine in terms of presence.

DislikedThe air conditioning in my room did not work - it was 25.6~25.8 regardless of the setting chosen (cooling did not work). It seems that despite individual controls, the actual air conditioning is a central air system, and it was set to heating during my stay due to cool conditions outside. My room was so hot that I had to open the windows, allowing the noise of the city to make my sleep restless due to heat and to noise. A minor niggle, there was a dirty spot on the toilet. It was obviously a cleaning artifact due to liquid runoff and would not have been easily seen by the room staff at the time they prepared the room, but it was a bit gross.

LikedThe staff is friendly and the facilities are intermediate.
