We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Ximen MRT Station and attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive; the only downside was that we were not informed of an early check-in fee of 400 NTD prior to our arrival. We had already discussed our early arrival months before, and they failed to inform us of this; however, it's not an issue. The cleanliness is top-notch. Our room was serviced for each day of your stay. This hotel has an elevator as well, so it was easy carrying our luggage to our room. In terms of value for money, we were overall satisfied with what we paid. We highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

LikedLocation is very good.p

DislikedMy spouse and sister had red marks on their legs and itchiness. And it seems our bed sheets were not changed even tho we requested to clean our rooms. There are stain on the bedsheets. Air con very noisy & not cold. Our room has a smell.
