Likedthe front staff are very helpful, especially organizing a taxi in the early morning.
Dislikedour room air con didn't work properly. Lots of cracks on the wall. Staff at the restaurant where breakfast was served was not good at all.

LikedFabulous location, very close to an MRT station. We booked the VIP room and it was very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Really nice to have a big bathtub in the bathroom. No wardrobe, just a couple of hangers but this is typical for Taipei. Staff were lovely. There was a bit of a delay in checking in which was a bit inconvenient but the staff were really nice. It would have been better if we were told a specific time so that we could plan the visit a bit better. Breakfast was ok. Selection of Asian and European foods.
DislikedCleanliness could be a bit better. We found some hairs on the basin and a coffee wrap on the side of the couch.
