The hotel is at strategic location in the heart of Ximending area which ease us to enter into the most happening area of Ximending. The staff has been very helpful in meeting my needs during the stay. However the room I stayed is besides the cafeteria area so a bit noisy in the morning when people are seated there for their breakfast. The wooden floor of the room is a bit sticky which made myself and family a bit uncomfortable. In the room itself I found that it is short of hooks for us to hook up clothes if we don't prefer to hang it in the wardrobe. Thanks.

Location is exceptional as it was right in the heart of ximending. There is only 1 small lift, which could take quite long during peak hours as it stops at every floor and filled with passengers. The counter staff at level 1 is not helpful at all, so do look for the staff at level 3 if any help is required. We also spotted a big rat running around the main eating area / pantry at level 3.

This hotel had a great location and was near the train station. The room itself was spacious for 3 adults and was clean but it was very old and not really well-maintained.
