Expected more for a 5 star hotel. Excellent service from staff to allow later check out as our driver arrived slightly later than checkout time. The toilet door cannot be closed completely! There is a gap to view toilet business. Paid additional NT900 for a room with combined twin bed. Staff informed it might not fit 3 comfortably. Would be better if staff convinced us that it fits and to suggest us to change room if it doesn't. Felt the NT90P was not well spent. Breakfast selections was good and generally tasty

LikedGreat location near the ShanTou MRT and also Taipei Main Station. Loved the bedding - very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent

DislikedThe staff in concierge are not that conversant in English and really struggled to understand my questions (eg is it safe to go to Jiufen in the mountains with recent earthquake resulted in them giving me a guide to transport options…)
