Staff at front desk less that polite. Very rude. Room was dirty as toilet not clean, bed linen stain, no shampoo or soap near tub, room like a Holiday Inn. Price way too much given what you get. Honestly, mgt is terrible ...

Best place rooms r spacious and clean :) will definitely come back. On top of it it has shin yeh one of the best Taiwan restaurants we have tasted ! A must go and it’s just right downstairs !
