LikedTop location, great facilities and very helpful team. Moreover, its value for money, the design and concept of the property as well as the facilities and recommendations for tourists.

DislikedNothing.

LikedWe were in doubt whether to book We Come or not but we didn't regret booking it. A floor with rooms (6th) is kept apart from a floor with dorms (7th) and the reception floor with living room for the dorms (2nd). The room was big enough, still looked new and was clean. The kitchen/living was well-equipped, but the rack and dripping plate of the small oven were badly burned and smudged and the cooking plate was put out of use. Not all guests feel the need to clean up properly:  remains of spaghetti in the sink etc. Solidarity in the backpack/budget scene has gone. Guests only say hello to their mobile phones nowadays. Laundry on the 7th floor. Keycards are used, but still I would have liked it if the entrance to the floors had also been guarded by the keycards. Close to the green MRT line, a slight bit too far from the main station. General conclusion: not bad at all.

LikedThere were many shower stalls and a nice common room! Location was also close to many yummy Taiwanese breakfast places, and only 5-10 min walk from Zhongshan and Beimen station.

DislikedA little bit noisy with people coming in and out during the night, but that's expected in a shared room.

LikedNice common area. Met friends for life here. Beds and showers are great, so was the location and staff.

DislikedRoom was a little warm

LikedClean common area. I like the oven and big fridge with freezer. I love the people I get to meet at the common area.

DislikedIt's my second time staying here and it's disappointing. My previous was a private twin room with a bulk bed in a higher floor, all good. Good enough for me to leave a 10/10 review and came back without second thoughts. This time I booked a single private room. This room on 2/F... the light was fairly dark, not enough to read or work on my computer. The windows the room have is facing the inside of the buildings, with all the aircons, which made it impossible to open the windows for fresh air. Perhaps it's the weather, but the humidity in the room is very high. The aircon helped with the moisture but left the room freezing, and the cleaners kept turning it off, which saves the energy but didn't save my sheets from getting moist. Not the best feeling in the world. The room is also on the corridor between the counter and the laundry & bathrooms, with poor sound proof (hard floor on 2/F, unlike carpeted ones on higher floors). The last straw was the mosquitoes (or whatever bug it was). I got bitten all over, and the first time I told the reception about it, they were helpful and helped me cleaned the room, added an electronic mosquito repellent thing to my room. That helped for 1 day. Then they came back. I told the reception again and told them I'll leave for the weekend, so they can take their time to really clean it or whatever they need to do... only to came back after 4 days and found nothing done, and got bitten again that night. I asked the reception, and they say "the cleaners couldn't find any mosquitoes, hence didn't clean it." ... and gave me a bottle of insect repellent with an electronic bat(?) (See photo). Sorry but that really didn't help. I killed 2 mosquitoes myself that evening, and showed the reception one to proof I'm not making this up. They didn't care. I have to say it was a really disappointing experience. Not going to stay here again :(
