Refused access to the lobby or entrance to leave our luggage. Asked a senior to just drop off the luggage at a nearby mrt station. No staff greeted us and was just conversed through a phone line. Not recommended if your travelling with heavy luggage and/or with seniors. They will not entertain you

A bit dirty when we arrived to the hotel and no cleaning during 3 days.

The hotel is not clear on how to check in. It turns out that you have to go to a locker to get your keys so that you can get to your room. It was hard to uderstand as there was no real concierge around. Room are small with no real facilities, but location is good as it is right next to Metro Station and has nearby restaurants.

DislikedService is very bad. The payment is very complicated. You don’t pay it via booking.com. The owner sends you a text message with the link for the payment. Sounds very unsafe. But you have no choice since you are already at their door.
