Stayed in a family suite for 2 days. The TV in one of the rooms is not working. One remote control for 3 TV. The sofa seems dirty and old. The bathroom is always wet after a shower as no shower curtain.

LikedThe beds were large and the staff made sure we had water.
DislikedThe main door didn't have additional security latches and there wasn't a room safe. The area was dark and full of loitering people. There was no one on the main floor to help us (the hotel we found was on the 3rd floor). The room lights were easily accidentally activated by your head while sleeping. The mattress was old and provided little support.

LikedThe staff were really friendly and willing to help us out. The location of the hotel was also super convenient for navigating the city.
DislikedThe rooms were kind of dirty and each day we had to get refreshes of towels and things on our own because there was no room service. However, for the price of the hotel, it was kind of expected.
