I booked a double bed room with a double bed and they gave me a twin bed, the room window cant see outside, you cant tell whats the weather in the room because the window is facing other people's room door. You cant open your curtain. People walk pass can see your room, no privacy. No soundproof either, you can hear other room people talking. The room and lobby smells so bad.

Location is great. About a 5-minute walk to the green line MRT station. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs to Ximen station. The room is spacious enough, especially the bathroom. The only real downside is that our room feels a bit stuffy and the dust doesn't air out because our room is oddly position in the center of the floor, which means the window opens up to the hallway instead of outside. The service staff was very hospitable. Check-in process was expedient. They offer to replenish our room amenities (bottled water, towel change, trash disposal, tea bags, toiletries) on a daily basis. They are also able to hold our luggage after check-out time. Overall a very positive and comfortable stay for the price.
