First, there’s no laundry room so it can get very inconvenient as there is also not many laundry shop nearby. When I asked the staff if there’s laundry room, the female staff in the morning replied NO - 没有. Ok, quite abrupt to receive such reply from a concierge who should be a regular staff. So I thought there’s warmer in the room as the control panel in the room states 暖气. I approached the night staff on duty asking if the warmer is not working in room 707 and 1207. He was simply not busy and just doodling away on his paper and he gave me a reply that there’s no warmer 没有暖气 accompanied by a damn amused expression. The immediate feeling I got was “why is there such a demand, yours question is just ridiculous”. 24 Feb, night duty. You know when hotel received reviews it’s either they’re super bad or super good. On the whole, this is a very basic hotel. It’s fine, no issues. Water pressure is good, mineral water is sufficient. Don’t expect more than this. Location is good.

LikedShower water pressure was powerful, location is good with bus and train connections
DislikedBeds not comfy, request for double bed was not acceded despite putting the request in many months in advance of the stay, fire alarm in the morning of the last day of our stay was loud, requested for room on high floor but was given 3rd floor and traffic noise was audible and loud, room was dusty at the corners

LikedIs relatively spacious, I love the window area that comes with an area where u can put my luggage where I can comfortably pack my luggage.
DislikedI can’t adjust the aircon, and for my room, the aircon is facing the head of the bed, I had to sleep the other way else too cold on my head I can’t sleep. The bed too shaky too, every turn makes me feel like I’m going to drop out of bed soon.
