The hotel stay was great. Joyce at the front desk is stellar and so welcoming and friendly. Free breakfast was a perk. We tried it out for one morning, but since we were so close to so many food options, we never went back. Our room was very clean and well kept. The free water was clutch for those tropical days. Having washers and dryers in house was super convenient, but the dryers took a long while to dry clothes. Might be better to go around the corner and pay to use the coin operated machines. Overall, we would stay here again.

Location is good at the heart of ximending. Customer service is superb! We booked 4 rooms and lost 1 of the hotel rm card and the reception is kind enough to replace a new card at no cost.
