Friendly and helpful staff, nice area to eat in the morning, and good rooms, especially for the price. Under the bed, there was some trash overlooked from a previous stay, though. But, overall, it was a great stay, especially given the great location, near both the station and the National Taiwan Museum. Definitely consider staying there when you're in Taipei!

Everything was good, staff was very nice and helpful when you ask for help. Walking distance to 永和豆浆，and many other food stores, and convenience store is just downstair. Not much facilities as you pay for you get. The reception is at level 2, with sitting area for you to bring food up to eat. There is also free small snacks and drinks to let guest take as many as they want. Rooms is abit small, but the rest are good for a short stay.

Stayed 4 nights. The best thing about this hotel is its location, 5-8 minutes from Taipei Main Station where you have access to the MRT red and blue line, airport express, TRA, HSR. The MRT green line is also walking distance and there are several bus stops nearby. 7-11, Family Mart, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Service at the reception is very friendly. The room was cleaned everyday. Bottled water provided in the room and there are snacks at the reception. The room itself is small, but the bed was comfy and we were not bothered by the noise considering we were facing a busy street. To be aware of: there’s only room to open one suitcase. No bidet in toilet.
