LikedThe location was great and the breakfast was good! The staff were super friendly and gave me lots of suggestions. If I go back to Taipei I will definitely stay in Eclat again.

Though the hotel is quite new but the facilities were dated: - Air conditioner is not working properly - water leakage at the bathroom - water leakage of the fridge Not as clean as expected with such price i paid: - towels with some rotten leaves on them - pillow case with blood & stains - not helping to clean the mugs daily Staff are overall with good services & react in fast pace. Not a luxury grade hotel though.

Read some of the negative reviews & we were quite apprehensive before checking-in. But our 2 nights stay turned up to be the most memorable one. We were warmly greeted by staff & they were really helpful in giving us directions to places of interests in Taipei. Highly recommend!
