All the staff were extremely helpful. The front desk personnel spoke good english. We asked for a room on a higher floor. It was a very nice room. Free laundry room. The buffet breakfast was great. Sally helped us with getting train tickets. A great value. We would definetly stay there again.

LikedA very nice and friendly acomodation in the heart of Taipeh. A nice variety on the breakfast buffet as well as gentle staff.
DislikedNo possibility to check into the room before afternoon which might be an issue for travellers arriving very early in Taipeh.

Near to a restaurant street with a lot of local eateries. Not right next to a MRT station but still considered walkable, helps to clock a bit of steps, which was good for digesting all the food we were eating. Staff was extremely helpful as the laundry room was closed and I had an urgent pile of clothes to wash due to having to check out the next morning. Staff just took it from me and it was washed and dried by the next morning. Very commendable and meticulous as they saw 2 of my partner's shirt and hang-dried those instead of using a dryer. In addition, we survived the 3 April 2024 earthquake while on last morning in our room, slight swap was felt but nothing fell over so the building is pretty strong.
