Location was the only problem, but as taiwan is fully equipped with proper or convenient traveling facilities, so it was not a problem, it wasn’t English friendly which was also very weird. Their tea and snacks were great, very clean room and awesome atmosphere

This is the first time we are seeing a shampoo for men and women separate. So interesting. There wasnt much variety for breakfast. Just normal Suasages and bread. The stay was cosy and the staff was very helpful

The housekeeper was great. She was very nice, offering us a towel change and water even though we declined housekeeping during our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was terrible. There's a large gap in the door when it closes (15cm) so you don't have privacy. The bathroom has mold on the window coverings and bath mat. The shower leaked water all over the entire bathroom floor making the door pointless. The front desk staff was not friendly and very abrupt, almost rude despite speaking Mandarin. We left a day early because it felt so gross.
